Since our business was created in 2018, we have partnered with a number of key National Volume House builders. We work closely with them to establish and develop design concepts along with their already established standard working drawings and details for our product on offer, to help them manage their build costs, achieve on site health & safety requirements and deliver build programme deadlines. Our business is modelled around our key customers, their product and requirements. Our key machinery and technology within the business fully compliments this high volume fast turnaround work as it ensures products can be made in an efficient and quality controlled environment.

We supply to a number of significant Regional House Builders across South Wales and the South West of England. This sector is very important for us as it allows us to build strong and collaborative relationships with our customers as we truly put the Paragon stamp on their product. By working closely with them this allows us to standardise and create efficiencies within their design and build approach. We supply multiple products and offer additional services as part of our package which gives the customer further benefits both commercially and from a construction perspective.

We service a number of local and small house builders across South Wales and South West of England. We work with them exclusively, with the aim of ensuring their final products are delivered on time and at the highest quality. We offer much more than just a design and supply service as we act almost as a consultant regarding design detailing and build approach. Our aim is to work with the customer as early as possible during the build project to ensure we can maximise efficiencies with both design and construction, saving on costs both materially and from a labour perspective, not just relating to the products we supply.

Paragons approach to Small Private Builders is truly quite significant. From the very start of the project we are able to offer the full one stop shop service regarding design, delivery, install and project management. No matter how good or bad information, details and working drawings are we work closely with the builder/home owner to establish expectations and ideas with the aim of removing risk and achieving solutions. We are privileged to have worked with, and continue to work with individuals where by our relationships are built on trust and understanding that we at Paragon will remove stress and hassle to deliver what we promise on time, on budget, with quality assured.

This is a market sector in which we are looking to penetrate over the coming months. With available capacity and our experienced commercial, technical and operational teams, we are in a strong position to collaborate with other like minded potential customers.
