Sean is highly experienced and very well known within the construction industry in South Wales, building up a loyal customer base along the way Sean is highly influential in the day to day running of the Paragon business.
Ian Ferris
Director
Ian has been in in the industry straight from College as an 18 year old. Holding various very successful roles during his career such as Design & Estimating, Technical Sales, National Key Account and Branch Management, Ian's primary role now at Paragon is Commercial/Sales Director.
Kevin Brake
Director
Having been in the industry for nearly 35 years Kevin is very well regarded, highly skilled and experienced specialising in Trussed Rafter Design and Operating efficiencies. Kevin's primary role now at Paragon is Operations/Branch Director.
Marcin Bis
Design Manager
With a wealth of Design and Engineering experience Marcin is a highly talented designer who excels in providing practical and economical solutions to the most difficult and complicated roofs/timber structures. Marcin is instrumental in our Commercial and Local/Private build business as well as future growth and development here at Paragon.
Robert Davies
Production Manager
Rob is an integral part of the Paragon Family. With a background in joinery and running a stair manufacturing workshop prior to joining us in 2020, this experience set him up to hit the ground running with us. Rob’s larger than life personality has allowed him to build relationships with all our staff, driving production levels and quality above and beyond our expectations! His proactive and ‘can do’ attitude means he is involved in all operations throughout the business, that includes keeping the chocolate stash full!
Julian Andrews
Senior Designer/Ass. Operations Manager
Julian is a very important member of the Paragon team, not only a very experienced designer and estimator undertaking senior roles at previous employers within the industry, he is also a very talented Operational/logistical planner and organiser and is currently on a succession plan to become a future Operations manager with us here at Paragon.
Luc Brake
Designer
Luc joined Paragon straight from university, where he studied Business in 2018. Luc is currently our second longest serving employee. For 3 years, Luc worked on all aspects of manufacture specialising as a sawyer in his last year or so. He made the planned move in to the design office during 2022 where his knowledge of production process has been invaluable. He works closely with Debbie Yap and is heavily involved in drawing preparation for all customers and also ensures that mass production information is kept at a high level.
Stefano Leli
Operations Manager
Stef (The Italian Stallion) typifies everything we believe in here at Paragon in terms of our methodology and ethos. A great leader and man-manager with a hugely successful career in operations and production management throughout various industries. Stef is key in continuing to improve our systems of safe working, operating methods and efficiencies.
Jodie Tristram
Accounts and Customer Manager
With a number of years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, Jodie’s expertise fit this role perfectly. Jodie’s main role at Paragon is Accounts Manager. Jodie also oversees our client base, ensuring everyone is happy along with managing the day-to-day running’s of our office-based customer service team. Jodie has become an integral part of our office family.
